- Needle insertion and aspiration in the pericardial space
- Able to use all standard equipment to drain the pericardial fluid (catheter, dilator, etc.)

- Practice ultrasound-guided hemothorax diagnosis and drainage.
- Palpable ribs for procedure site identification, intercostal spaces 4~6
- Visualization of hemothorax fluid under ultrasound in the pleural cavity
- Complete procedure chest tube drainage, including the ability for ultrasound Seldinger technique
- Able to use all standard clinical equipment to drain the pleural cavity
